At VELLACTIVE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you buy. If your new gear doesn’t fit perfectly or isn’t exactly what you expected, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

1. 30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. This gives you plenty of time to try on your items and make sure they’re right for your workout.
To be eligible for a return, we simply ask that:
The items are unwashed and unworn (trying them on is, of course, encouraged!).
The original tags are still attached.
The items are free from makeup, deodorant, or pet hair.
2. EASY EXCHANGES
Found the perfect style but need a different size? We’ve got you covered. We offer easy exchanges to ensure you get the best fit for your body. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you swap your items for the right size or color so you can get back to your fitness journey.
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We take great pride in the quality of our Sports Bras, Leggings, and Yoga Sets. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please let us know right away! We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no extra cost to you.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
Starting a return is simple:

Our friendly support team will provide you with the return instructions and the address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY “COOLING OFF” PERIOD
For our lovely customers in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as part of your statutory rights. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
To keep our prices fair and sustainable, we ask that customers cover the shipping costs for returns. However, if you are exchanging for a different size, we are happy to discuss how we can make that process more affordable for you!
